Description
Developmental Pathways has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to provide professional level administrative support to the Case Management department. You'll get to develop and maintain systems of organization, distribution and communication.
Our office is in Aurora, CO, which is where this position will primarily be located. We also have an office in Englewood, CO and from time to time travel between offices may be necessary. 
We’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so our offices are open Monday - Thursday and are closed on Fridays. This is a full-time 36-hour/week position working Mondays - Thursdays.

* Create and maintain tracking systems; create reports from tracking
* Schedule meetings and notify all individuals involved
* Perform all activities necessary to assure preparation for and follow up from varying committee meetings
* Design, produce, update, organize and ensure availability of forms
* Develop and maintain databases related to all aspects of department service
* Track the professional and medical information on the Benefits Utilization System (BUS), as assigned
* Prepare and assure distribution of various form letters
* Create calendars for meetings and events; record and distribute meeting minutes
* Assure the timely flow of all required paperwork to and from department staff
* Assure distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes department, as assigned
* Initiate ongoing feedback to staff regarding the current status of systems in place and receives input regarding systems to be developed
* Assist in the development and distribution of various sources of communication
* Contact customers to share or obtain information, as assigned
* Enter data and generate data base reports, as appropriate
* Prepare reports and maintain committee files for committees in conformance with DDD rules and regulations

Qualifications
Must have’s to be our Administrative Assistant!
* High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in business or equivalent education and experience, preferred
* Three years (3) experience working in administrative support
* Experience in human services field
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* High degree of accuracy with time sensitive and detailed information
* Ability to compose proper business documents necessary to carry out job assignments
* Meet our driving requirements; no suspensions/revocations and less than 3 tickets in the past 3 years
* Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
* Colorado driver's license/proof of auto insurance
