Developmental Pathways has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director of Program Quality. You will get to oversee the day-to-day operations of case management functions and Community Centered Board quality of services. Within the department you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and overseeing the daily activities of our Program Managers and Program Administrators. This position will provide leadership for staff through mentoring and coaching while also assisting with strategic planning and goal setting.

We're located in the Denver, CO Metro area - our two offices are located just south of the Denver Tech Center in Englewood, CO, and in Aurora, CO. This position will travel between both offices and require flexibility. We’re committed to a great work-life balance here so our offices are open Monday - Thursday and are closed on Fridays. This is a full-time 40-hr/week position.

  • Assist in the development of case management agency policies and procedures as needed and assure that they are followed; assure state and federal regulatory guidelines are met 
  • Assure that the resource coordination systems are efficient and activities of supervised staff are appropriately prioritized
  • Monitor workloads to assure that requirements are met and workloads are balanced
  • Assist with creating and implementing departmental goals and objectives; seek input from team members, and ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives; make sure established goals and objectives are communicated
  • Develop collaborative working relationships throughout all sections and departments of the organization
  • Foster innovative ideas and streamline operations to provide meaningful value for customers and the community
  • Responsible for effective and efficient coordination and administration of relevant project management tasks within the Case Management and Program Quality departments
  • Monitor performance of supervised staff and assure performance evaluations are implemented and regularly reviewed for all staff
  • Oversee and assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training
  • Identify budgetary needs of the department and make recommendations; solicit input from team members; problem solve as appropriate
  • Assist in creating department cohesion; provide a positive influence on team morale; promote cooperation and team synergy
  • Champion building and sustaining a culture focused on continuous improvement

Must have’s to be our Associate Director
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a human services related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years management experience, required
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the Medicaid long-term care field, required
  • Ability to interpret and apply state and federal regulatory guidelines; knowledge of rules and regulations for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities under Health Care Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to strategically develop, adapt and maintain systems to streamline processes; working knowledge of computer systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license/proof of motor vehicle insurance
  • Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/less than three (3) tickets in the past three (3) years
