Description
Developmental Pathways has a fantastic opportunity for a Case Management Specialist who will be responsible for providing professional level administrative support to the Early Intervention department. Case Management Specialists develop and maintain systems of organization, distribution, and communication, as well as, provide additional support to the Service Coordinators and families.

This position will be located at out Inverness office in Englewood, CO (just south of the Denver Tech Center). We’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so our offices are open Monday - Thursday and are closed on Fridays. This is a full-time 36-hr/week position working Mondays - Thursdays.

More about what you’ll get to do as our Case Management Specialist
  • Assure that data is entered into the UNICORN data system
  • Assist with accuracy and quality assurance for program data
  • Prepare and assure distribution of various forms, letters and memos
  • Assist Service Coordinators with organization and sharing of essential documents
  • Track and distribute records
  • Prepare reports in Salesforce
  • Maintain files and confidential information in compliance with HIPPA and Division of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/DIDD rules and regulations
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management staff regarding the current status of systems in place
  • Collect input regarding systems needing to be developed

Qualifications

Must Have’s to be our Case Management Specialist!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Two (2) years’ experience working in administrative support 
  • Experience in human services or nonprofit field
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High degree of accuracy with time sensitive and detailed information
  • Valid Colorado driver's license/proof of auto insurance
  • Meet our driving requirements; no suspensions/revocations and less than 3 tickets in the past 3 years
